Program: Embracing a hybrid-first workplace.
“While other businesses imposed return-to-office requirements, Autodesk developed a novel strategy that strikes a compromise between the interests of our employees and the company. It is known as Flex Forward. It emphasizes flexibility for our employees by enabling them to work from any location where we can legally conduct business. These planned events must promote belonging, personal connection.
Our workplaces have been remodeled with focus areas for focused work, collaboration areas for meetings and brainstorming, and social areas for engaging in fun activities to support employee choice. It works as a concierge service for in-person events, allowing our staff to customize their meetings, room setups. ACE supports our teams in maximizing their time spent together.
Flex Forward is a talent magnet, our hybrid-first approach to work, we’ve seen a large rise in employment applications, particularly from the underrepresented groups we aim to attract. We firmly believe that diversity drives innovation and business impact.
“At Autodesk, we understand that diversity of talent is only one part of the equation. The next generation of diverse leaders needs to be nurtured as well.
“At Autodesk, we understand that diversity of talent is only one part of the equation. The next generation of diverse leaders needs to be nurtured as well. Because of this, we created our NEXT LEVEL initiative to provide underrepresented Autodeskers of color with individualized leadership coaching and mentoring, building a solid pool of qualified people for opportunities at the senior level in the future.
“ML was introduced quickly to the cohort for the capstone project. The majority had minimal prior knowledge of ML. They now have vital knowledge about how ML might benefit our clients and experience creating a business case for a novel solution.
